well why dont you check out discount stores, like Conway, they usually have discount stores, well i dont live in california, i dont kno if they have the same stores in this area where i live

You can probably get them at vintage shops or those chic boutiques you have all over California- it shouldn't be too difficult.

look for skirts when your out and if you can't find any you like, find a simple pattern and pick out a nice fabric that's easy to wash and make your own!

Try target.com and kohls.com and JCpenney.com
They have good clothes and a lot of variety, they will probably have long skirts. They are all cute too! =)
