Definitely. They support you and tell you what you need to hear - whether it be good or bad. They listen and are there for you whenever you need them.

The media milks emotions to build ratings. However I do agree with your argument, except for the issue of abortion and killing livestock. I think the true worth of someone can be measured by their experiences and knowledge. And since the value of those is next to impossible to determine, everyone may as well be equal. But unfortunately real life doesn't work like that, we need a system of categorising people. A popular measure of human value is the wealth of that person. Obviously, this is very unjust. I think a better system would be one where people were evaluated by their usefulness to society. It's a very utilitarian way to look at it, but our survival depends on utilitarianism more than egalitarianism, but still a balance between them must be maintained.

No doubt about it, they are very valuable. I see at least one of my friends almost everyday. I don't know how I'd live if I didn't have my friends.

Yes, they are valuable. They help us whenever we are in some problem. They listen to our every nonsense thing also. No one except our friends help us. And I think you should have friend but only one. Not more than one for it may cause fight all your friends.

Absolutely, but the big problem is that some friends sometimes are not really your true friends and you find this out later on.
