Do any New England beaches allow grilling or have BBQ?

Popham beach (and I think Scarborough Beach also) in Maine has BBQ sites in the dunes just off the beach. And you can build a fire on the bay side beaches on Martha's Vineyard.

If there are bbq grills on the site provided by the city, then yes. Most parks with water have them.
