I'm yeahhh not bad in english but....learning maths in english does make me feel bad....any idea????

Go to google and search for a free translator. It does pretty well with basic stuff but can't handle hard words. The best way is to find a tranlator/math tutor.

May be you can use some translator software to translate. These are not very good in translation but atleast you can get a basic idea of problem in your language.
But I cann't help you with finding such software. Try searching on web or locally in your country.
