He has done some very controversial things to be sure. However, the economy has grown stronger, he will be remembered for the "No Child Left Behind Act" and for confronting terrorism. Time will tell. But even Nixon was looked on favorably towards the end of his life. Bush is better than Nixon...and definitely Carter by a long shot.

I think whoever is in office at the moment will be remembered as the worst ever. No matter how far ahead time moves. Each president will be the worst in their own respect. No one's ever happy with how things are going. A lot of people determine their realities by the misery they undertake. So it's only natural that they would blame whoever is in control of what's going on, even if in reality it's themselves who has most control over how they feel and respond to things.

I think that years from now Bush will be remembered as a great President. I think of him as this now but it's going to take the Liberal history book writers some time to figure it out.

He will be remembered as being in office when all the liberals were duped by the media and Michael Moore and how it affected popularity by appearance. He actually did a lot. Just research all the good things he did. I did and I can't even post it here because it's like 60 pages long.

No. Not by a longshot. Bush, like Truman, will leave with low polls. History will reward his actions as people begin to seperate the emotions from fact, and see the benefits under his presidency.

I think Hitler will still edge him out by a narrow margin, but he'll be remembered as the second worst leader ever.
