Scientists predict the motions of the celestial bodies by mathematics and eternal laws. Human affairs can only be guessed at. No one can predict anything for certain in the future of a human or of a society.

No, it is not possible to predict the future, because of causality (a law of science). It hasn't happened yet, so you can't know what it is. I would suggest you read the book I have cited as a source.

The trick that charlatans tend to use to predict the future include making such vague predictions that almost anything can satisfy it, or cold reading (telling you what you want to here, in this instance).

For your information, there has NEVER been any scientifically proven instance of the paranormal. That includes physic powers, fortune telling, magic, UFOs, etc. For the person who suggested nostradamus predicted the future, I would also suggest you read my source. Nostradamus never got close -- he used the normal vague sort of predictions that had to be multiply "interpreted" to yield an answer even resembling what did happen.

With inside information, you can predict some futures. Hyperdimension always has inside information and sometimes people who have predictive dreams and they are 100 % on were mind fed the inside information in a dream. When people get a premonition and dont fly on an airplane, and the plane crashes, that is inside information mind fed to the person being protected. And for the person that read the book by the Hines fellow that says there is no scientific proof of the para-normal,I would like to invite that person for a chat(Hines) as he is in for a very rude awakening. And as far as UFO's go,I used to be neutral on the subject because I have not experienced an actual sighting. About 2 years ago,I seen five of them in formation, down low enough to have very good visual right here in Michigan where I live and that fixed my neutrality. I have had things moved in my house by hyperdimension also, including a 50 pound chair. The "Boys' tasking at my house can perform all kinds of tricks for my treat and shut down my computer at will, because computers work on frequency,it was simply a matter of experimentation for entities to effect computers. So some of you who have alot of computer troubles , might be the entity tasking at your house is laughing his *** off at your troubles. So many people are affected by things "paranormal" and dont even know it. Probably including our aforementioned Mr. Hines.

Of course. You can take a look at history, examine current events and extrapolate a reasonably good prediction of where things are going. For instance, I predict gas prices will remain high, dropping no less than .30 per gallon in the next five years... and we'll be really lucky if we drop more than .15.

Depends if you're willing to believe the person and if they've been blessed with some sort of gift. Scientist do not usually believe we can, however there are cases such as nostradomas, and others where they've come extreemly close. In the end it's really up to you wether you want to believe somone can see into the future.
Especially when it's been proven we dont use all of our brain that we should.

Sure, you don't need a degree or diploma or training at uni for five years to predict the future. If you have the gift, you have it.

No one can do it, and people who can do it or do something like talk to the dead are douche-bags.

Anyone who truly believes that they are able to see the future, talk to the dead, be a master of fung sheui or other mystical bullshit stuff like that is usually full of it.
