attend on the class bcus i have to attend other classes and i forgote to inform about that to the teacher. But my teacher allowed me another time to give that exam by submitting an application(bcus wasnt able to give the exams before).

Now i sit on my chair and cant get that what shud be written on the application..?should it be like this- " i wasnt able to attend the exam for *********************
if i write this. then what should i write on the next line as a reason?

"other academic commitments"
or "previous academic commitments"

Both mean "I was busy with school."

If you are from the United States and speak English: Seriously, I think you should get assistance from someone that can write information in a clearly understandable manner. It appears you don't have that skill at this time. Have someone check your grammar and spelling for the application. If this yahoo question and clarification is any example of your best writing ability, you need serious help on the application. As a college professor: If you missed an English or writing exam - it didn't matter that you didn't show up. Sorry, but this is the honest hard truth. for i was in attendence to other nessacary classes at that time!!! sorry for not telling u about the classes but thank u for being so understanding and allowing me to do this instead!!
