I mean, have they gotten over the whole Montreal Screwjob?

Shawn always said that he had let sleeping dogs lie......Hitman on the other hand is still very bitter about it (as shown as WM22)

Shawn and Bret have had problems for a long time, but to say Shawn had no idea what was going to happen is untrue. HBK knew all about it from the beginning...it was Shawn who made the suggestion for how the screwjob would come about!

No...and truefully...they never really had a grudge against each other...they more or less had grudges against Vince...I read one of Brett's interviews he had given to a Montreal newspaper and he said he never had anything against Shawn, he knew Shawn had no idea what Vince had planed that night...it was ALL Vince.

And Brett and Shawn remain close friends to this day, Brett's oldest boy is a Shawn Michael's fan...and they see each other a lot.

FYI...I went to Brett's web site and all that is for the fans...if you are able to get ahold of any interviews Brett has given to any Montreal newspapers you'll see what I'll talking about. They are close friends, I have the proof!! Plus, just watch the Hall of Fame highlights from this past year...you'll hear Brett talking about hanging out with Shawn and how they laugh about the whole thing now. It's TRUE!!

Yeah, Shawn Michaels said on the DVD that Brett Hart was the best but in other interviews he said he wasn't that good. Shawn Michaels wasn't at the Hall of Fame Induction in 2006 because Hart requested he not be there. They don't like each other but they remain as profesional as possible.
Edit: It must be noted to that they had a feud going on way before the montreal screw job.

Yes, they do still have a grudge between them. This is the reason that Bret Hart refused to show up at Wrestlemania 22, when they were introducing the Hall of Famers.

Bret Hart dont like Ric Flair either! After what Flair said in his book! I have never seen Bret end his matches differently they all end the same!

Bret does. At the hall of fame induction, he told the wwe that if he saw HBK then he would leave. Right before Brett was to come out, HBK and his wife left, to avoid brett leaving. Brett also gave Hogan the cold shoulder when Hulk tried to shake his hand.

Bret will never get over that mess! He is very vocal about it and still hold a real grudge! If you go on his web site, you will see what I mean.

not sure whether you could call it a grudge or not, i think it is more to the point that they both have excepted what happened and realise that it was out of there hands and it cannot be changed so life goes on. i do think however that bret could of swallowed his pride and held his head high and appeared on wrestlemania 22.
