It's a man. It's Rob Schneider. He's been in a few sandler movies and was also the star of Deuce Biggalow Male Gigallo.

In real life it is a woman named Lusia Strus. I'm not sure if she's supposed to be a man or a woman in the movie.

If you watch the extras on the DVD you can see that it is a very beautiful woman playing that character. I beleive she is actually a model. I suggest watching the special features on the DVD!!!
