I use one from Avon. They are called Glimmersticks, and they are on sale right now! Just do a search for Glimmersticks.

I've used Christian Dior's Waterproof Pencil, and it's great - it doesn't even smudge when you rub it. Available at some department stores and sephora.com.
Urban Decay's 24/7 pencil comes in tons of fun colors, and once it dries down, it's completely waterproof. You can buy these at beautysak.com or Sephora.
Try a waterproof liquid eyeliner, like the one from Makeup Forever. This one's only available in the US at Sephora.
I've also used the clay-based eyeliners, like Smudge Pots from Stila and Creme Eyeliners from Smashbox - they require a brush though, and are usually more expensive. Both are available at Sephora, sephora.com, or you could try stilacosmetics.com for the Smudge Pot.

Sorry...but even if it says "Waterproof", it isn't swim proof. Waterproof make-ups will not come off with a little water (think a spash or two) but probably and most likely will with a "dunk" (think swimming or showering).

Try MAC, they have a waterproof liquid liner.

maxfactor waterproof mascara is greeat i go swimming a lot and always wear it it comes in a great variety of colours and is inexpensive

I'd definitely go with Revlon Colorstay. That's the only eyeliner I ever use, and it stays put for as long as I have it on!

Actually while you are swimming you mustn't put make up cause your skin can easily be irritated from the sun

i use maybelline. its the kind with the small brush. it never comes off. not when i shower or cry or swim.

higher priced stuff is MAC and clinque cheaper but still good is maybellene and revlon
