Zidane is the lord of football and who ever disagrees with me can take a spoon to eat my @$$.

Materazzi and coach Lipi know Zizou very well since Jeuventus days. Materazzi had to get Zidane out before penalties. So he insulted his religion and his mom.

Zizou instantly changed colours and gave him the " Head of God" just like Maradona's " Hand of God"

talk about FIFA's slogan " Say No To Rasicim" ... my @$$


I really hope he'll coach a great team like Barcelona or Chelsea. He's an amazing player he is! France and the whole world loves him

zidane doesn't need to do anything for a living....he has enough funds from his soccer career to support himself for a lifetime. !!! but i totally agree with you materazzi definently did that in strategy. he still has to finish out his contract with his euro club team for 2007 and then he is a free man. many rumors say that he might play for the MLS red bulls...we'll see what happens....zizou was a GREAT player and apparantly the worl just took his head butt in stride because he still got the golden ball award. at least FIFA knows true skill and ability when they see it. everyone knows materazzi said something rude to zidane, and materazzi deserved what came to him...(which looks pretty painful if you ask me). your comment is so true and i don't know if i could agree with you more....the whole world loves zidane just like beckenbauer and maradona and there is nothing he can do about it. fans are dedicated to him for life and a headbutt is not going to change the great image of player like zinedine zidane. you are so right! :)

Pele and Maradonna were the best players to ever live and so was Zidane, but still I think Maradonna and Pele were the best. I think Zidane has done an extreme lot in his career, like score in UEFA Champions League Final and also score in the 2006 FIFA World Cup Final!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Of course. As Italian and Juventus fan, Zizou is one of the world best players I know. And some butt-heading (check Hamburger SV - Juventus 3-1, Champions League 24 October 2000) isn't such a blame to diminish a world-class player.
2. What a task!!! Lippi and Materazzi are well-known psychologist who perfectly know Zidane will react in that way! Don't be childish, Satan. You are changing tales. Lippi isn't Aladdin. Materazzi isn't the Forty Thieves chief. The hadn't any magical words as "Open Sesame" to drive ZZ to madness. Neither they are psychologist or poets or columnist, able to discover new words who Zizou never heard in his long career, or in his early days in Marseille's streets.

yeah, me also sure that Materazzi said sometg to Zidane & it really insulted him. whatever Zidane did im stil fans of him. and im sure he have own reason to do it, and its true to defend himself (and his religion) even its not fair play. he wil be a coached of france team and bring France to be winner of world cup SA 2010.
