why do the business is so limited in asian countries when compared to the USA

The difference between Asian and American businessmen is that of culture.
In asia, your word is more important...who you know establishes your credibility. Culture takes into account how we deal with people, and some things are valued more than others.
I am not sure the second part of your statement is valid. Asia and the U.S. have equal business opportunities. In fact China is competing with us and has a cheaper labor market than we do.

i think usa is much more progressed than asia.
