See if there are any horse training or horse breeding farms or the like around your area. Or how about seeing if your local horse racing facility needs any help. Good luck.

Wanting "quite a big salary", in the field of working outdoors with horses, might be a challenge. You can be a veterinarian, or, if you have the capital and the experience, you can run a boarding and training operation. Other than that, giving riding lessons, grooming (including braiding for shows), can make more money than you might first think, but probably not "quite a big salary."
In the end, do what you love and the money will follow.

I've never encountered an outdoor job with animals that paid well... Even vets don't get paid a lot, or biologists in the field doing research. Perhaps you can become a presentator at Animal Planet?

Most people who work outdoors don't have a big salary. I have a cousin who is a dog trainer for agility but I think even that is indoors. You have to work hard for lower pay to earn a position where you get a big salary.

Become a veterinarian or go to work with a humane society... The other thing to do is to get a job at a stable where they keep horses.

Vet is the obvious answer but if you specifically want horses how about a stable girl or horse trainer? Wouldn't you prefer to work with Donkeys which are much more lovable and cuddly than horses????!!!!

Why don't you try being a horserider or groom? Lots of horseriding schools are looking for people to help them with the horses and other animals!

you could learn to be a horse trainer, but you have to start somewhere it wont happen over night. You might start taking care of horses at a boarding place. Good luck
