Not for very long. The nerve would be exposed and easily damaged. The solution for when a person's eyeball pops out is to get it back in any way you can...seriously, that's what we're told to do!

Yes ... since the eyeball is stil connected to the nerves and blood supply
The eye socket just keeps it in place and has no value to the functionality of the eyeball.

I would assume that the answer is yes.Did you know that if you chop someones head off you could actually pick it up and show the person their own body. That's why most people who's heads get cut off have that look of shock. You stay conscious for a couple of seconds.

The eye would be able to function for a very short time, we have eye lids to keep the eyes moist, with out the eye lid, no moister, so the eye would dry up eventually, making the eye useless.

If it's still attached to the right nerve endings and the retina, most likely. It would be kind of gross to see, though.

I'd imagine if the optic nerve was fully intact, that yes, they'd be able to see out of it.

i think it would be n alot of pain. I know when my eye is in alot of pain, i don't want to use it, but I guess it could happen.
