When Materazzi hold Zidane from his shirt, Zidane told Materazzi that if he needs his shirt he can get that after the match (This was told by Materazzi in some interview). and then in reply Materazzi abuses him by using some words like terrorist and something about his mother but the exact sentence is still burried in Zidanes or in Materazzis heart

Same question ?? LOL
I watched the replay many times, and I think this is what happened .
- Materrazi was slightly touch and hold on to Zidane , Zidane got mad and told Materrazi :
Zidane : stop holding me you f a g
Materazzi : what's going on old man , why are you so crouchy ? Was it because you didn't score on that header ? Or was it because Cavanaro collided so hard that hurt your shoulder when you land down ?
Zidane: you got that right , I should have score that goal to send you home you f a g .
Materazzi ignored and walked up field . Zidane passed him and said something more . Materazzi replied :
Materazzi : stop being crouchy old man .
Zidane : you calling me old man ? I still can kick the s h i t out of you anytime .
Materazzi : really old man ? You couldn't hurt the fly lol
Zidane : watch it , I'm gonna head butt the s h i t out of you ........ bang ........ how do you like that from an old man ?

Nobody knows yet, all their saying is....
"His agent, Alain Migliaccio has claimed he was provoked by Materazzi. Team members reported that Zidane acted in a response to a racial slur by Materazzi, while the Italian side has categorically denied that he had any role in the provocation of Zidane. Zidane's agent says that a "very serious" comment by Matterazzi provoked the attack."

Materazzi called zidane a "product of inter-racial mating between osama and a goat." And to top it off, he's like: "Show me what you do when you want to have your way with goats..." and hence, Zizou's goat headbutt. But either way, it is common to call guys names in the field, ZZ shoudl've known better than that. I mean, Materazzi was smart, because without ZZ, france is LE NOTHING!!!

Rumour has it he called him a Terrorist because of Zidane's Algerian background. Foolish way to end his career.
