I am already thin, but I need just to flatten my stomach with out loosing the weight that I have.

Leg lifters & Sit ups

leg lifters - lay your body flat on the flat on the floor and raise you legs 6 -8 inches above the ground and hold them thier for as long as you can. Then repeat as often and as long as you want.

Sit ups - do as many as you can and take a break .

sit ups is the only way to flatten your stomach... you will not lose much weight to make a difference. but your stomach will be Flatt.

Go to a gym, they can give advice on what exercises is best for you to get a flat stomach

you can work your stomach muscles (tends to work your lower back as well) and not worry about the rest of your body. (sit-ups are good, crunches.)

Do crunches, I hate them but they work. It will tighten your tummy area.

ask a trainer to give you exercise for this specific purpose. it shouldn't be impossible or even hard.
