1. Because there is no need for anyone to be mean and rude to other people. People, no matter their size, age, color, religion, poor or rich, have feelings and they don't deserve to be treated in any bad manor.
11. Hospitals with all their medical advancements and technologies still remain to be uneducated about so many diseases and other illnesses people have. Doctors have lost their zest and zeal in their investigative works in finding out what is really bothering people. It has become easy for some doctors to poo-poo symptoms and diseases and say that their patients are imagining their symptoms or blame their symptoms on a mental illness instead of investigating what could be wrong.

I would have to say 4. airheads
you can only be so dumb before it is really annoying. Then by then it will take twice as long to explain it to them that it is just not even worth it. All the other things on the list I can deal with, cause I have a lot of patience. This is just one I have a hard time with. (probably because I am such a smart @$$ that I just start right in on them)

1. Being late. (Makes me look bad)
2. Being 23 cents short. (embarrassing)
3.Mean/rude people (Although it is fun analizing what short comings they have to feel the need to be rude.)
4. Ear infections (Just plain sucks)
Naive people and airheads don't bother me, I just feel sorry for them.
One thing not on your list is insecure people. I think I should have that one on the top of my list.
