If you use the vinyl tiles that already have sticky on the back, you can place them directly on top of the old vinyl floor.

You can do that if the old tiles are still stuck down well. However, the seams in the old floor will probably show through the new tiles even though they appear to be flush ... It is always better to remove the old tiles, smooth the subfloor or put down new backing boards and apply the new tiles ... much more trouble but will look better

That really depends on the condition of the old surface and type of product your putting down. Since I don't know any of those things I would suggest you talk with the person who is selling you the flooring tiles.

I owudnt use them, they are cheap and easy to put down but the edges will come up on you. If the current floor is solid and even you can place another floor over it. Buy a high quality flooring and use the associated glues and read all the instructions.

if they are stuck tight you can. You might be better off considering puting down a floating floor over the tile. wood bamboo laminate are all options and as easy as self stick tile. to install. one piece vinyl will work but unless its a simple layout its best to have a professional put it down.

yes you can, but make sure the old tiles are clean and in good shape. If an old tile is peeling replace it. Use a scraper to remove the bad one.

i would not do it, the old tiles will have to be dirt free with no wax on them, if you do put them down on the old ones get new glue

you can go over the top of the old, but its not recommended. but if you do, clean the old surface extremely well, then scruf it up to give the new glue something to stick to.
