I love being spanked by my hubby! We role play a lot! He sometimes spanks me with just his hands and other times we play with paddles, belts, crops etc. What many do not understand is you can reach a point that is called "subspace" It is when the endorphins kick in and you no longer feel "pain" it is like an out of body experience. I am regularly spanked by my husband- discipline, not erotic. I love it- not because it turns me on, but because it sort of wipes the slate clean, and I don't need to feel guilty. Also, I feel like my husband should be my superior, and him spanking me helps reinforce that. I would never discipline him, though. The discipline is all one way.

I personally don't like being hit. Rough sex is one thing, but hitting, even erotically is too close to abuse. Honestly it not only turns me off, it peeves me a little bit.
