i've heard this one and my mom does go berserk when i go to have a bath at around 12.30 or 1.00 in the morning. but i do it all the time (study late) and no headaches so dont worry.

washing hair at night doesnt give headache as long as blow dry yr hair throughly before u sleep ....

i dont think so. coz i always wash it at night. but 1 thing to keep in mind, dry your head before you sleep.

no, unless you put your hair up when it is wet. when your hair is wet it stretches and once it drys it will shrink a little and if its pulled to tight it can cause headaches.
