Start responding to western music by your body language, you will automatically do ball dance. but ball dance means the dance in company of otheres in a Ball room. Without going to a class through yahoo answers one can not learn from the internet. Had it been possible, one could have also given birth to a child without marriage. There is nothing called free lunch.

Ball dance is ballroom dancing. I believe that they have several videos on this particular form of dancing. If you have a friend who likes ballroom dancing, maybe that would be the best way to go. That way, you have someone you know helping you. It wouldn't be some stranger. Also, a friend would be less likely to insist on people dressing up (this happened to me) in a class.
I think the friend route is best. Videos will work if you don't have a friend who knows ballroom dancing.

There are videos and books. Go to your local library. A simple box step waltz is easy to learn.
