showers instead of baths, make sure any dripping faucets are fixed, put a brick in the back of your toilet (the volume displaces about 1 quart of water), only use water for a second to wet your toothbrush, then turn it off while brushing, on again when rinsing and that's it, get a dishwasher--they superheat the water and use less than running it into the sink. Collect rainwater in buckets to water your plants.
That's about all I can think of right now...

Everyone's answers seem pretty standard so I'll try to provide with something that hasn't been mentioned. If you would lift the water well lid on your toilet you can adjust the amount of water used per flush with a flat head screwdriver. You just have to lower the plastic buoy to be lower and the water will shut off sooner. That will cut down greatly on the amount of water used.

Turn off water while brushing your teeth, take short showers, use natural cleaning products such as: vinegar and lemon juice
Lemon juice can be used to dissolve soap sucm and hard water deposists. It can also be mixed with vinegar and/or baking soda. Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle baking soda on the cut section. Use the lemon to scrub dishes, surfaces, and stains.

Take short showers. Turn off the water while you brush your teeth & only turn it on to rinse the toothbrush. Only do full loads of laundry and dishes in the dishwasher.
