There is basically one main street of small and medium sized shops such as boutiques and other clothes and jewellery shops ,bars and cafes and from memory I think there was a C&A. Most of the other streets are just houses. There was also A Safeway there just off the main area so I assume it is now a Morrisons. Getting through the border customs can be quite time consuming (esp. going back into Spain ) Best to get there early morning before the rush. You have to drive over the runway to get to the main rock. There are taxis available at a certain point on the main street where you can pay and be taken on a trip up the Rock and back. Worth the visit to Gibralta but wouldn't want to go again.

I've not been there but I believe that quite a few of the major British chains have shops in gibraltar.

I understood that in Gibraltar they have lots of trained monkeys which can steal the things you want and therefore they have no shops.
