I GOT THE ANSWER FOR YOU!!!
I do color therapy and consult folks all the time on what to wear and what NOT to wear to a job interview. NEVER wear jeans, sorry-not business like enough. You'll loose. A black skirt, no shorter than the knee, black shoes 1"-1-1/2" heel. And a purple, or lavendar blouse. Purple is an ancient color, worn as far back as Ancient Egypt, Rome, Ancient Americas. Purple is known as a Royal Color, becauxe the color is rare in nature it was truly honored. Today when you wear purple, or any other purple shades, like even lavender, people have a tendendacy to believe what you say more. They will remember you more. Any statement you make during the interview will be more believed than wearing any other color! So a beautiful black skirt, knee length, and a purple/royal blue shirt, black short heeled shoes, Suntan color pantyhose, light makeup, pale lip gloss, stunning! Go for it girlfriend you'll get the second interview for sure. Or a call telling you that you got the job. Purple blouse-perfect! Closed toe shoes are safer and less sexy, you do not EVER want to go to a job interview looking "sexy". Boo hiss! You'll look great, if you need a sweater go black, or a black business type jacket if you have one. It may take a bit of money to look your best. But you will have an "Interview" outfit already picked out as you go from interview to interview. No more strss!!
Light eyeshawdow, but no smoky eye look ok? GOOD LUCK!!

Dress professional - no jeans
If you dont plan on wearing a suit you can wear a dress blouse and skirt (NOT a mini but one that comes within a few inches of the knee) or dress slacks. Heels/closed toe are best, in the summer heat you might be able to get away with open toed shoes.

You should always try and look professional, no matter what the job is. Wear a skirt or dress slacks. Make sure your shirt is tucked in and well fitting. Also, don't wear open toed shoes and if you choose to wear heels, make sure they aren't too high. I say all of this out of experience. I once got passed by for a job because my shirt was untucked, even though the blouse was made to be worn that way. Also had comments made in the past about open toed shoes and heels too high. They felt I was a "Priss". Good Luck!

Well first of all no under any circumstances should you be in Jeans, flipflops, sandals.
I would at least go with a pair of dress pants some heels and a blouse, interchange skirt with pants, always wear hose. I don't care how hot it is, your making a lasting impression and the company your going to work for might just have that as and office policy. That you can check after you get the job...good luck.

Do not wear open toed shoes.
Do not wear a shirt shirt.
Do not wear the color red, too confrontational and is too loud for the interviewer to focus on you.
Do not wear plunging neck line. (Don't show off the girls).
Do not over do it on the make up.
What you want to wear is a white blouse with a pair of black or navy blue pants/ Or black and navy blue skirt. Shoes with a modest heel that covers the entire foot, and do your hair in a very nice pinned up style, not all over your face.
I hope this helps! Good Luck!

Either slacks or a longer skirt( knee length) wear a matching jacket color if your wearing a skirt, or a complimentary color for slacks. If your wearing a jacket wear a nice colored shirt in a pastel or bright color. I would say kitten heels or closed toe shoes. Good Luck♥

When I interview people, I want to see something professional looking. Dress suit, pants suit or something very conservative is best. I don't know what kind of job you are going after, but unless it is for a pub job or the like, I would go conservative and professional. Heels are fine, but not too high and definitely not open toed (very unprofessional in my opinion). Anyway, hope this helps.

I would say something clean cut and modest. Like a skirt down to your knee, a shirt that is modestly high and long enough to cover your stomach. Or even dress pants. For shoes, anything would work. Hope you get the job!

I think you should make your whole entire look confrom to the job you're going for. I mean, don't wear the frilliest thing in your closet to get a UPS job hauling boxes.... what about that? But... your clothes are going to be part of the YOU you put forward. That's the only time you'll get a chance to make a statement about yourself. Your hair, nails, shoes and clothes should be neat and clean and portray that "first foot forward" that you want the boss to know about you.
