This is very odd..I have the EXACT same symptoms except I have severe nausea with the diarrhea, I haven't vomited but once. I THOUGHT at first I was pregnanct, then I thought it was a bug...but it has been 2 weeks and 2 days exactly. I have a radiating pain in the back of my neck down to my shoulder blades, and I have had no fever. Most of the time I am functional, just real weak and fatigued. And also, I have a dull headache most of the time.
I have an appointment on Monday the 19th...tell your mom to see her doctor.
If her symptoms worsen, take her to the ER.

The pain in the back of her neck is most likely deferred pain from all the wretching. She needs to go see a gastroenterologist. There could be a million and one things going on with such generalized symptoms. Yes, two weeks is too long for a simple 'flu'. Best of luck

Those are symptoms of hypertension. Go to the doctor immediately. If she vomits again and blood clots on her nape or in the brain, she will be paralyzed or at worst die.
Do not wait. Go to the doctor, a heart doctor ,right away.

Theres a number of illnesses this could be however if you can get your mother seen by a doctor it would probably be a good idea. My mother in law was having the same symptoms and it was to do with her bowels, how ever they thought she had ulcers not to say of course your mother hasn't

2 weeks is too long to be sick. Help her call a doctor. You're a nice daughter to care so much!

I think she better get to the doctors ASAP, she is probably dehydrated!
She needs her doctor to run some tests to see if this is a sign of something serious.

She needs a Dr. Sometimes parasites will act like flu or food poisoning but will not go away until treatment or death.
