Depends on what is being considered consistent. It can be good sometimes, but other times, yes - definitely boring! Everyone needs a little excitement once in awhile.

Sometimes yes-- depends on what it is you are being consistent about. Sometimes repetition is good for teaching children the meaning of routine. Others use consistency as a way of keeping the brain active

I take pride in being consistently boring. When friends have insomnia they invite me to come over. Within minutes they are sound asleep. I work like a charm. My idea of excitement is folding laundry into geometrical shapes. My favorite color is beige.

I've read that consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds. Also, the pump don't work, cause the vandals took the handle...
I've been waiting for weeks to say both, thanks...

It surely can be. But some people are afraid of change! So it works for some and not for others!
