I doubt you'll get much response to this here....but, having said that, here I am responding! LOL

We like to use wrapping paper. It's inexpensive, there's always some around the house, it's pretty, it's easy, and it does the job better than, say tissue paper, paper bags or newspaper!

Newspaper can rub on your clothes, so I don't recommend it. Paper bags can be hard to work with because the paper is so much thicker, plus, you are forced to iron out those pre-existing creases! Tissue paper tears too easily.

Wrapping paper can be gotten at any dollar store, Big Lots or Kmart, or even the neighborhood kids selling it to raise money for band camp and stuff like that. AND, you aren't limited to christmas prints, either. It comes in some really great colors and patterns.

I have an inkling that you wanted to actually MAKE drawer liner paper, like make your own paper, scented and all that? That's a bit more complicated. You need a screen, a blender, and the other things that will customize your homemade paper. Here's a link with the break down and the directions:

Now, to that you will add two to four drops of essential oil, picked up in any gift shop, candle store, head shop, magic store, ethnic store, or even drug store! Add the essential oil to the paper when it is nearly dry. That should give you the scenting that makes the clothes smell nice.

Good luck! I hope I helped.
