First of all, your breasts will enlarge and get rather sore. They may leak. You'll get really emotional as your body responds to the influx of horomones; you may need to speak to your doctor if you feel that your emotions are getting the best of you. Certain mild antidepressants can be a big help.
Your waist will narrow and your hips will spread.
BUT--you won't have to worry about periods! Though your body may behave as though it is going through the monthly cycles and you may suffer from PMS. Again, this is irritability and over-emotionalness, and you may have mild diarrhea and bloating.

Lots- I would do research with your doctor instead of yahoo answers. Especially if you are a hermaphrodite, because very few people know about the physiology of a hermaphrodite. Good luck- hope it's not a rocky experience for you.

the hormone changes and then the surgery. but if you're starting early in life then you'll do just fine!!!
I'm sure you'll be a pretty woman.
