I am surprised how the years went just like that! I am more matured than what I was !. I am thankful to my parents for the education they have given me. That makes me proud of my parents.

I have several accomplishments that i am proud of...getting married, having 2 children (with another on the way), graduating from college and starting my masters, but the single most important accomplishment is that I have completed 8 years of teaching 7th and 8th graders. I have more influence on those kids than some of their parents do. I have helped kids not only grow scholastically but also socially and in life. I have encouraged kids to try new ways to be creative, I have influenced kids to become teachers, some are working towards being doctors and nurses, I even introduced one to the joys of music (its hard for a science teacher to do that, but I did) he now is "John" in a Beatles tribute band.

Hi Sunshine - you always have such good ones. I'm finishing up nursing school now - that's a great one, but the accomplishment I'm proudest of is being a USO performer. I did two tours, singing for the troops in Korea, Okinawa, Taiwan, Diego Garcia (a dinky island in the middle of the South Pacific), the outback of Australia, Alaska (a gorgeous State) and the Aleutian Islands. Many servicepeople had not been home in several years, and they were so appreciative for people from back home coming to entertain them. It was exhilarating, and I sang and performed with one of my brothers. I never felt prouder of being an American!

Followed the calling from inside of me for studying what I always wanted... and done this abroad, switched countries to get a masters' degree and done it very well!

Moreover, I overcame a severe depression three years ago without therapy and medication, and I also cured myself out of some remains and shocks of a childhood abuse and learned from the mistakes I made in previous relationships... well, I guess that would be enough for now..... :)))

If I had a family now, I would say, I have done enough achievments for the first 25-30 years... and sit back, relax, enjoy, and keep answering on here... :)

I try hard not to be too proud,
but, looking back at MY life...
my greatest accomplishment
is that I have survived it,
without going insane.

I would say 'being a good father and husband', but that's more a way of life than a singular accomplishment.

Aside from that, I think I'm proud that I was finally able to overcome my superstitions and fears and stop lying about believing religious BS.

Becoming a nurse when people thought I wouldn't amount to anything. That was 20 yrs ago, and I am proud of the person I have become.

The opportunity I had to influence young lives by giving them their first job out of college. I changed a lot of lives by doing that and they have made me very proud.
