My friend, you are sadly mistaken. This is an old song by Extreme from the heavy metal rock era, not Frankie J, or whoever. This is a classic among metal heads and should be revered and not remade! I hate remakes, they cheapen a good song (hear that Jessica)! In any case it is, or was a great song!! If you don't believe me, check out this...

It's from the group "Extreme" and the album is title "Pornograffiti"
the lead singer later went on to try to replace Sammy Hagar in Van Halen but couldn't cut it.
basically the author is saying actions speak louder than words.
nice ballad from a rock group...and probably the only song on the album that was popular.

Extreme's claim to fame! It's the only song I've heard from them. All acoustic duet. Sounds good. You know you could make it into a pretty good punk rock song!

I'm big on emo lyrics and the lyrics are quite lovely. I don't believe I've heard the song before, but it sounds lovely.

i've heard xtreme do this song, it rules
love the guitar and the fact that its so simple (no drums etc) yet quite complex in its vocal and guitar harmonies
