Irritable boul syndrome? I have that and I get the same feelings. Ask your doctor about that. Sorry for the spelling.

I'm not a doctor, and this is a wild guess...
gallstones?
your gallbladder is a small organ attached to your stomach. It releases bile, a digestive juice, into your stomach to aide digestion. Usually it only activates and releases the extra bile right after you eat. People with gallstones tend to get excruciating pain after they eat (esp. fatty food) because a gallstone is blocking a bile duct, and the bile is blocked.
I've never heard of it causing diarrhea though.
It does sound like gallbladder to me. The only way a doc could really know , I think, is to do an ultra sound or test of some sort.

It sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Lactose Intolerance. Cut out all dairy and chocolate immediately...don't even eat anything with dairy in it. If your symptoms improve then its the lactose if they dont improve and you get these symptoms regardless of your diet it could be IBS. Call your Dr and let them know you are not getting any relief and that you have cut all the dairy out of your diet.

A friend recently had the exact same symptoms and it turned out to be that she had gall stones. If you speak to your doctor about this, they can do a sonogram of your gall bladder to determine if you have gall stones. In her case, the doctor said it would just continue to happen until she had her gall bladder out which was a relatively easy procedure - she was in and out of the hospital the same day and only had to have four laser points in her stomach for the gall bladder to be removed.

Does it happen when you eat "dairy" foods(like milk, cheese) or with all food? Just with "fatty" foods? (it would be your gallbladder) All spicy foods? (maybe an ulcer or erosion, gallbladder) What meds has the doctor prescribed? If your still in pain, then for goodness sakes, see another doctor!!

I'm not a dr. but I think you may have an ulcer. My friend had one like that and took antibiotics for 3 months now he is okay.

wow.
Sounds like you can't digest something? I hope it's nothing serious.
Try cutting out things like milk, wheat, glucose, nuts, etc. one at a time until you find out what you can't handle. If it still doesn't stop, get another opinion.
