I would say it hit me about 2 weeks. I didn't know why I was nauseated, then I started throwing up. I knew I was going to have a bundle of joy! I found the website below-they say 4 weeks.

I was fortunate enough to not have it but friends of mine knew they were pregnant even before they missed a period because of the morning sickness. Unfortunately some of us are very sensitive to the hormone HCG which begins to produce as soon as the egg is fertilized and implanted and the hormone level increases greatly as the weeks go by. I only had very (and I mean VERY )sore breasts in the early weeks of pregnancy. If the morning sickness becomes troublesome...try keeping crackers by the bedside and eat a bit before getting up or drinking ginger tea or taking ginger capsules has been noted to curb nausea....hopefully it won't last long :(

The first time my wife fell pregnant she never got morning sickness. So there is a chance you might not get it. But the second time she did get morning sickness around 6 weeks.

Morning sickness can start immediately or 6 weeks later, everyone is different..other symptoms, tingling swollen breasts, slight headaches, dizziness, i started having symptoms like the flu with all 3 of mine..even your normal pregnancy symptoms differ from person to person.
