1) by being that rich you have to take advantage of millions of people. Bill gates has a great product but he is cutting costs somewhere.
2) Being so powerful that you can't walk down the street anymore.
3) Having your children kidnapped for ransom
4) Being responsible for millions of peoples lives. bill gates created windows and educated millions of people and made many rich but also caused many bad things to occur. On the internet young girls are lured to meet devious men. Suicide pacts on the internet and any other demented thing people can think of.
5) Increasing the power distance to unbearable lengths. People see one man that has more money then 200 milllion people combined.

It can cause extreme selfishness towards others, the ego is over-inflated, they look down on people who are not rich, other people despise them for having their money, and they're always being asked for hand outs. Now, you wanted 5 negative things. A positive is that they worked hard for it, therefore deserving it, and they can help other people with their money, which Gates and Buffet are doing. Anyone with that much money needs help spending it, anyway. ;-)

1) Trust issues--friends or fakers?
2) Taxes---Even Uncle Sam's beggin' for your dough!
3)Good luck if your single...money will suck all the romanticism out of dating and love (unless you find an unlikely partner who's just as rich or slightly richer than yourself)
4)Phone calls from family/old acquaintances/ people claiming that you fathered their babies begging you for money
5)Pressure to stay successful--most rich people don't quit because they've arrived. They continually push themselves...that's kinda how they got that way to begin with.

The jealousy and hatred of the common liberal,
Government greed,
Numerous 'suitcoated panhandlers' and schemers,
The inability to just be a common person in the eyes of others.
So much 'hero worship' from total strangers.
