Medical report is a short version of what a doctor examined during one session. Depends on what the doctor has looked for whats in it.

Usually/often the term is used for a standard examination (or the result of that examination) to determine the basic health of a person before he can be admitted to a school or considered for a job.

a medical report is what a doctor has typed up at end of your visit it includes a set of current vitals and what you were being seen for....a medical report may also include your medical history which is what your conditions were over an extended period of time.
