Elcycer, People learn how to do things from their upbringing. If you train a child in the "way" he or she should go, then when they get older they will not depart from it. This is an undenieable fack of life. So, People who are slobs learned to be so at home and they are lazy too. I find no benefits in being a slob. I am neat and don't have slob nature. I cannot handle slobbery and help those whe are slobe to better themselves in haveing rule, care and order so they can get things DONE and find stuff as well.

I think that some people really need the disorganazation to know where all there stuff is. Clutter to one, isnt clutter to another. We all have different personalities, and with each one, there are different tolerances for everything. My husband is a slob, I am not. He doesnt like it when the stuff he needs are put away, cuz then he doesnt know where it is. I cant stand cluter, but I understand him. Everyone cant be an apple, there arer a lot of oranges out there!

Don't call them "slobs", they are only "organizationally challenged." :-)
Benefits to being a slob:

1) More free time (don't spend all their time cleaning.)
2) Less exposure to toxic cleaning supplies
3) People won't hang around your house/room, you'll get more rest
4) Increased exposure to antibiotic-producing fungi growing in fridge and sink
5) A pair of underwear is always nearby.

Btw, I'm not a slob... (hmmm... now in which pile of junk did I put that bologna sandwich...? oh well, forget it...) :-)
