You could put them in a tumble dryer with the 'bounce type' dryer sheets they do help. I know that if you have static in you hair the best thing to do is put hand cream on you hands rub in and then run your fingers through your hair and the same goes for static between tights/stockings and skirts, you just use hand cream as normal then wipe over your legs, static instantly gone.

The best way to care for your silk sheets is hand washing them in lukewarm water with mild soap, or a gentle detergent. Some people also swear by using a mild hair shampoo, instead of laundry soap works wonders. Do not let your sheets soak too long. After washing, then rinse in lukewarm or cold water. After washing, roll the silk between towels to remove excess water. Never wring water from silk. Silk naturally resists creasing/wrinkling but if ironing is needed, press the damp silk on it's reverse side with the iron set at a low temperature. Silk sheets should be air/line dried.
If you are still having a problem with static after putting the sheets on your bed, lightly spray your bedsheets with Static Guard. (Sold in most grocery stores in the laundry isle)

Liquid fabric softner in the rinse cycle. There is also a spray product that is available that you can use on fabric that stops static cling. Can't remember the name.
Line drying also helps. As does raising the humidity in your home.

I found a little extra fabric conditioner helped stop static in mine. I also stopped putting them in tumble drier as that seemed to make them worse.

When you wash them, put a snuggle dryer sheet in the dryer with them. A Bounce sheet will work also.
