I'm obviously inclined to say Malaysia considering I am born and bred in Malaysia. However Indonesia gives you a different outlook, it's vastly different to Malaysia. Lived in Indonesia for 3 years and believe that it's difficult to choose between to two.

I may be biased because I was born and raised here, lol but our country (Malaysia) is stable in terms of politics & economy.
Unlike Indonesia, we don't suffer from reckless burning of our forests therefore resulting in the haze (a health hazard)
Also, we do not have volcanic eruptions like the incident in Yogyakarta nor do we have the shocks of the Tsunami tragedy.
We are a racial integrated nation with good food, entertainment and even better shopping!

both. you see, i'm an indonesian girl with a malaysian mother. by right, i'm half.

i love indonesia because you can do whatever you want without people having to care about it. you're free. the laws aren't that strong. so, you can get away with things. the indonesian culture is magnificent. when i mean 'magnificent', i really mean 'magnificent'. it has its many subcultures: javanese, sudanese, balinese, betawi, minang, and many more. and the food is superb. it's probably more or less like malaysian food but it has its own perks. if your take is nightlife, then you're in for a treat... you can go to bliss, manna house, stadium, wonder bar, embassy, bc bar, parc, loft 25, retro, ... a lot of clubs, i say.

malaysia is my home away from home. =) i like m'sia because it's a stable country. to tell you the truth, the lifestyle is cheaper than in indonesia. it's cheaper and advanced. i'm happy that most malaysians speak english. indonesia is still far behind. =( it just goes to show that m'sia is a well-educated country. i love the food. i like kelantanese food. yum yum! oh ya, formula one takes place in m'sia. that i like as well. channel [v] headquarters is also in m'sia. there's probably a lot of events that takes place in m'sia, which is great!

to sum up, malaysia & indonesia are not any better from each other. they just have two different qualities that are not comparable.

i'm of route liable to assert Malaysia wondering i'm born and bred in Malaysia. regardless of the reality that Indonesia aspects you a distinct outlook, it truly is vastly distinct to Malaysia. Lived in Indonesia for 3 years and believe that it truly is confusing to ensure on between to 2.

malaysia is better, safer and cleaner. it is also safe from natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis and volcano eruptions that indonesia has faced in the past year. also indonesia has had lots of bombings.
