Hotel Pintor El Greco around 100 Euros. Near everything.

There are many hotels and hostales... (the hostales are lower priced accomadation).
Your 3 *** hotels are a middle price range, (between 50 and 80 euros)and are usually rather nice.
I've heard that Hostal del Cardenal is nice as it is an historic building, besides being a hotel.
