yes drinking water helps your body detoxify and thus you lose weight.

I am not sure what you mean here, i would think that would mean that your body is healthy and you are getting enough roughage in your diet.

I have seen people wrap themselves in cling wrap. I dont thinks it very safe. Rather do your workout in comfort (otherwise you will start to hate it and soon give up) and sit in the sauna or steam bath afterwards. It is not fat that you are sweating out btw, its water.

Q1. Yes. It facilitates the excretion of wastes among many other wonderful things it does.
Q2. There is less build up of toxic waste in the lower GI tract, colon, intestines etc. which means less chance of you getiing sick and run down by wastes that is sitting in your gut festering and leaking back into your system.
Q3. It is an old method of training. It's archaic. You do sweat a lot and in turn you lose weight but that is not the outcome you want or need. Why? You need to get your head around the fact that losing weight and losing fat are two different things, the latter being more important and relevant. Weight isn't as important as body composition and when the body composition is too high in fat, that is what you have to lose, not the water. When you throw on a plastic bag/rubber suit whatever, work out, then jump on the scale afterwards, you'll see a difference in weight but all you lost was water which you'll gain back pretty quick thus leading to a defeating, demoralizing, depressing state of mind. And it was all because the plastic bag fad was marketed very well via the media and it's stars or wanna be stars. Unfortuinately , most fitness fads are based on false or unfounded, incorrect and manipulated research or no research at all. Just like spot training. The idea that doing loads of sit ups will reduce the spare tire around someone's waist is completely false. It';s scientificly proven that our bodies don't work like that.

Throw the scale out the window or step on it once a month but no more than that. Focus on body composition more. Lose the body fat and add the muscle. What is the best way to do that? Without getting into na personalized training and eating program it basically amounts to this: Decrease or eliminate the amount of processed foods, sugar foods, fatty foods, high carb meals like past and bread, potatoes etc. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables and increase the weight training and cardio vascular exercise. Do this to the point that you are spending more calories than you are taking in and you will lose body fat and the weight will follow. I know that sounds simple, but I have read, studied and trained people on some of these basic principles mentioned above and gotten results. They are a million diets out there and a million more ways that one can train, lose fat, weight whatever and it is very confusing to know which one is the best and which one is right and I have studied a bunch of them but I promise you, the best answer comes back to the basic principles that we already know, exercise up, fruits and vegetables up and crappy food down. It is the healthiest and smartest way to go about achieveing your goals.

Good luck and cheers.

Water is essential for proper body functioning. Drinking water can sometimes curb your appetite. Also, the body burns more calories when you drink cold water (it has to warm it up to be used by your body).
I don't really understand your question about the bowel movement but a bowel movement is a result of the waste products from our body and the foods we eat. As food travels down the intestines our body uses what it can and leaves the rest.

It is safe to wear those plastic sweat clothes but you have to make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated at the same time. It could be very easy to overexercise, not drink enough water and faint due to heat exhaustion. So be careful. Good Luck.

Drinking water can help you feel fuller than if you drank nothing but the effect is pretty minor, to be honest. There's some thought that drinking enough water can help fat metabolism, but, again, this is pretty hotly debated. It won't MAKE you burn fat, but some people believe that it can help maximize the fat burning that you're already doing. (I hope that makes sense.)

Having a bowel movement doesn't really help you lose weight. What you're getting rid of is just the stuff your body couldn't use--mainly fiber. You're NOT losing fat, no matter how many bowel movements you have. So laxatives for weight loss DON'T work and they have long-term dangers.

In my opinion, plastic bags, etc., are just a scam. Any weight loss will just be water and you'll put that water back on in just a few hours, assuming you eat and drink normally. It doesn't help you lose fat or tone muscles. Plus, you run the risk of overheating.

I hope that helps.

Drinking a lot of water dilutes the acid in the stomach. Thus a glass of cold water just before meal partially reduces appetite.A lot of water also gives a feeling of satiety.Indirectly this helps in dieting and weight loss is helped.
A bowel movement daily gives a feeling of purification of body as excretion is removed from body. Many feel better.
It is unsafe.Wearing plastic clothes prevent sweat from evaporation and this increases the body temperature which is very inconvenient.

Drinking chilled water causes greater weight loss. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. Bowel movements daily are removing toxins from your body. As for sweating you are just losing water and not fat. Cut all salt out of your diet and your body will not contain as much water.

Water helps with weight loss. It's good for your body, cleanses everything out, and keeps you feeling full. Many people mistake thirst for hunger. If your tummy growls, give it 8 ounces of water first and weight 20 minutes.

The body eliminates waste through bowel movements and urine output. We eat. Our body takes the nutrients it needs and processes the food. What's left over is waste and out it goes.

No, it's not safe to wear plastic bags. Your body can overheat and you could die. You can work out in sweats, as the fabric is breathable.

Yes, drinking water helps with weight loss.

When you have a bm daily, it keeps your colon clean and healthy.

Wearing plastic sweat clothes will help you retain body heat, causing you to burn more calories, but it will also effect your ability to control your body temperature and can be dangerous. Your body temp. could get out of control and cause serious damage, including death. They're o.k. to use with extreme caution and common sense.
