In a professional setting, knowing your own color, and that of your peers, colleagues, opponents, staff, management, customers, friends, family members, etc will determine the best approach in communications, problem solving, building closer relationships, and encouraging teamwork.
There are books on What is your Color? and there are courses on understanding and using color knowledge in the workplace. (This has nothing to do with race, religion, culture, etc.).
For example, a high RED person is very analytical - needs lots of details, information, data, and loves reports upon reports.
A high BLUE is a politician, loves the big picture, skips the details, and communicates at the "politically correct" level.
