Ummm, you can buy them in the toilet, then u press the lever and you will find your goldfish good as new at the pet store!

Try the AAA mine responded really well when I changed the batteries they jumped all over the place.

You just have to charge up the water. Put your hand in the bowl and put your other hand on the nearest outlet. Did you try CPR? You know he has a soul too :)

If you are talking about a live goldfish the only thing that I can suggest is flushing him/her.
