You must have been unlucky because i've never had any problems with Iberia! And have you tried Ryan Air yet? Because if you haven't ... Try them and you'll soon realise that Iberia is not the worse in the world!!!!

I been like fourteen time to Spain, since I was a little girl. The Iberia crew are so disagreeable. The flights are eight hour long. They don't help and do only the necessary. We always have a discussion with the flight attendants in the gate. Last year I went by Delta and that was a good flight. I fall sleep just after take off and wake up in the middle of the flight, an assistant was in the corridor offering water, it was really nice.

I suppose that you're referring to the air strike that's on at the moment. As an airline company on the whole I think that they give a very good service just as good as BA and in my experience higher than KLM and some other companies.
However, the pilots of Iberia are acting like little spoilt brats at he moment, they receive one of the highest salaries for airline pilots in Europe €12.000 per month and work some of the lowest hours, less than BA pilots in fact. But as Iberia wanted to compete with the low cost airline companies they intended to lower the pilots salaries or give them more flying time.
The result is that the general public have to suffer as always, the only thing I an suggest to you is to try not to take it out on the people at the desk, they're not the ones to blame.

Iberia isn't so bad. Except for the first time when I flew Air France (where you don't have to worry about being hungry or thirsty), I always end up flying Iberia to Spain. I once got lucky and bumped up to business class on my transcontinental flight to Spain from the US. The only major difference was there was more in-flight entertainment and more space/comfort and less people. But the service was good in both economy and business class.

they're no longer large. in reality, i'd say that they are the only worst airline that i have ever flown. specially, the point of provider from team on each and every Iberia flight i have been on has been apalling... the flight attendants are very rude, in many circumstances do not communicate English and do not get any better in case you communicate to them in Spanish. That stated, i have no longer flown the ny route and it truly is plausible that they artwork better sturdy on that one by using value of the business enterprise.

You could say the same about BA and their partnership with American Airlines. AA treats you like retarded cattle, at least BA treat you like a human and actually supply sustenance on domestic flights.

They can't be as bad as Ariana Afghan! but then you don't expect too much from them. I arrived in Delhi alive - so I guess that was value for money!
