Zonealarm has stopped updating for this system and i cannot load windows XP on my computer .

Hi, you can try firefox browser.
firefox can fix the homepage hijacked.
it can block any annoying popup ads. it can prevent most of the virus in the webpage, as you know, most of the virus is spread through internet.

A lot of ISP's offer their own security software free. If your does not, check out AVG, they offer free security.
