I think the ending was awesome and was a great way to keep us wanting more. I can not wait for part 3 and I am sure I will love that on to ....

I agree. It was incredible! The special effects were amazing and the ending had a great twist! It was funny too!

Yeah I thought it was an awesome movie. I have to agree with you on that, the ending was awesome even though most ppl didn't like it. The ending made us want to know what is gonna happen for the next movie. Would Jack live or would he be lost forever in the sea? That's what I would want to know and the ending caused everyone to think about that. So yeah.

I think that it was good, but the first one was way better. The first one is my favorite movie of all time, so when I saw this one, it was kind of disappointing. I think part of the reason I didn't like this one as much is because I had watched the first one way to much. It was good and all, but it did kind of leave you hanging and some of the people who had died in the other one, were back in this one which didn't make any sense. I guess what the point of this anwser is, the first one was WAY better

I loved the first movie...but when i saw this one...I felt a little different. It was a good movie and Johnny made my night wonderful....but I dont like that EVERYTHING was left hanging there....I was a little upset at the end that I didnt get to see it resolved and have to wait to see it. But I guess...another movie with Johnny Depp wont hurt....It will just make my night good again...haha. So...good movie...annoying to have a TO BE CONTINUED type of end.

Great effects, but very sequelly. The only thing I objected to overall was the cheesiness of him playing piano with his face, and the cheapness of such lines as "Why is the rum always gone?" Otherwise, excellent and worth seeing in theaters.

the ending pissed me off but i do want to see the third. it'll probably be really short though. it was made at the same time. it was originally part of the movie but it was already 2 1/2 hours long so they cut off part to release as a third installment.

Awesome movie, can't wait to Finish it with the 3rd one which I think is due out next summer. the ending shocked me, didn't expect a cliff hanger.

I liked it. It was better than most sequals. It totally left you hanging and wanting to see the next movie! Great movie.

I thought that the tone of it was darker than the first movie, and I was slightly dissapointed at the cliffhanger ending. Other than that, I thought it was delightful.

I loved it. I do hope that "Jack Sparrow" will be back in the 3rd installment though and that he didn't really die in the end.
