what is the general and simplest formula of
a ^ (n) - b ^ (n)
when n is odd and greater then 3.

Not sure what you mean by 'simplest formula'
a^n - b^n looks pretty simple to me.

Are you trying to factor the equation?

a ^ (n) - b ^ (n)
=(a-b){a^(n-1)+a^(n-2).b+....
+a.b^(n-2)+b^(n-1)}
