It depends what are you talking about. If you are talking about it scientificly then we have hands and feet from monkeys through human development. And it all ends up as homosapians

because evolution has made mammal with more usefull members tu move and get food and they were the only ones that survived in that hostile wild world.that was mantained in the genetic code until it reached us.
