More likely to be an accident. Gas explosion possible.
Happened on the building on 62nd street between Madison and Park Avenues on Manhattan's East Side.

Looks like it could be a simple gas line explosion. We have been pretty good at stopping these terrorists BEFORE they do something. I think it's just a horrible accident.
