Most doctors wont do anything about your height unless there is a medical reason you need to be taller.
That being said... my father hit his growth spurt in college at age 25 so you still may have a chance.
I have vacationed to other countries and many countries have shorter people. I am only 5 feet tall and in Brazil I am average height.
You may feel bad about your height now but you need to get over that. To me a person who is confident and loves who they are is much more sexy than someone who isn't confident.

Here's the correct answer. That likelihood is that at 23 you've stopped growing. There are a few cases where some people have grown in their twenties but they are very few. Growth hormone won't help you as far as your height, although you may shed weight with it, and a skinnier appearance might make you APPEAR taller...but the hundreds of $ for HGH treatments would be a waste of money in my opinion when a diet would do the same thing. Outside of very painful breaking and lengthening surgeries that are illegal in some areas and could could cripple you if they go wrong, there's no real way to make your legs grow. A previous answerer had the right idea...be happy with who you are. If you want to improve yourself, work out, get ripped...and the ladies will come, regardless of height.
Hope this helped.

Growth Hormone keeps you from aging, it wont make you taller. But it will keep you young, and is legal.
An illegal procedure that you can get done out of the US is bone lengthening...
It's a horrible long precedure where they seperatre your bones, and force your bones to grow back together from a further distance. This will require breaking and reseting your leg various times.
This is done legally in the us for people with dwarfism.

Since it has been said that males stop growing at the age of 18, I don't think that you would get taller. If you took hormones, you would grow out and not up.

I have ehard of one way but it's extremely painful and sadistic and i don't recommend trying it. I dun even know if it's a legal procedure.
I have heard that there were some so desperate to get taller that they got surgeons to smash their leg bones and then reset them, even putting in some steel rods inside to help extend leg length.
My personal recommendation: Just be happy with who u are.

I think that you can't grow at this age anymore... I'm thankful I'm blessed with my height of 180 centimetres... The only option is surgery...

I don't see any possibility. If you go for growth harmones they may create other problems than solving your problem.
