i always want to do som'thin' in program, but laziness holds me back... . so many times it led me into procrastination.....i know it is all like this b/c of my carelessness......so tell me if u have any thing how to get reed of laziness and how to be programmed in my day to day life.....

Maybe you should check and make sure you don't have Attention Defficit Disorder. Being unable to pay attention and stay focus can be confused with lazyness but its really a chemical imbalance that we can't control. It doesn't have to be that way though it just takes more effort than other people. Make a list of goals you want to reach and organize yourself. Make deadlines when you have to do something by a certain date or time it will motivate you to get it done faster. Talk to other people who are good at this and ask them for advice or read books about organizational skills. Its not easy but it can be done. The fact that you're asking this question and are concerned tells me that you're not lazy!

It's just because of procrastination. You need a dream. A dream you always wanted to happen and it fires you in the belly. Then you need to write short term goals and long term goals.

Then plan with a mentor. Go and find a mentor. And go for it. Get books on self develeopment. I was like that but its because I didn't have a dream and the bad habits.

The books helped me with my habits and I changed. Its your habits you need to break. It be hard at first but later on, you'll be flying. It won't happen straight away but it will happen after a while.

u can start by get your a s s out of bed early in the moring (not at 11ooclock for all you people who get up at 4 )like at 5 or 6 am and eat somthing for brea fast and get on your way of your daily chores ( i lost 50 lbs doing that for about 3 months)

Give yourself Auto suggestions.... like
' Im not lazy'
'I should be working'
'i will do it right now' or any other suggestion which suits you. Keep talking within yourself about these and work it out. You can also reward yourself something when your done with your work.

Laziness is just a reflection of lack of interest. It is OK not to be interested in something and therefore lazy. Find something that interests you and you won't be lazy.

Do exercise........register yourself to a gym......body building is fun..........i'm sure you'll get hooked to it...........
