In Malaysia, we hv to go to college and the college will send us to go for on the job training. This method is a bit slow and high expenses to be the travel agent. The shortest way is, let her work in any other travel agent to learn more and after she gains all the experience, she can operate her own travel agent without any difficulties. I can deny that 'on the job training' is better than go to college to have the theory only.
